Cari hah

Cari Hah is a bar professional in the Los Angeles area. She has most recently been the Bar Manager at Alcove's Big Bar in Los Feliz, Los Angeles. Cari has been a beverage director, bartender, consultant, and brand representative for many years and has worked her craft at many renowned L.A.-area bars before Big Bar including The Varnish, Cole's, Neat, Three Clubs and Clifton's Cafeteria. She has consulted on several bars in LA including Bar Henry, Cliftons Cafeteria Redux, Peking Tavern, City Tavern DTLA, Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong in Irvine, etc. She has competed in and won several competitions: G'vine Gin global competition (2012), Jameson Black Barrel Competition (2015), and Speedrack (regional finalist contender 2013, 2015.) She is known as a cheerleader for the L.A. bartending community and as a "tigermom" to all young bartenders. Cari is also a teacher, often giving seminars on all topics of the bar. Under her leadership, her bar staff at Big Bar was awarded Timeout Los Angeles' Best Bar Team two years in a row. Before COVID, when she was not behind the bar, Cari was found around town out at all the bars, supporting her fellow hospitality professionals with a martini or tequila in hand.
