Jessica Stewart brings experimentation with flavors and new techniques to the bar program at Fort Oak in Mission Hills. After traveling overseas, Jess' passion for hospitality developed and sparked the desire to create meaningful dining and beverage experiences. Focused on mastering the trade of bartending while in Denver at Ste. Ellie, she honed in on her talents of creating specialty cocktails. Moving to San Diego, Jess joined the opening bar team at celebrity chef Brian Malarkey’s Herb & Wood. Then moving into a position at Trust, she gained skills while simultaneously growing into her position of a high volume Bar Manager at URBN North Park. Jess focuses on matching Fort Oak's culinary vision with bold flavors, house made ingredients, and a diverse selection of craft cocktails.
