The Pina Of My Eye

  • 1.5 oz Vamonos Riendo Mezcal

  • .75 oz Pineapple Juice

  • .5 oz Lime juice

  • .75 oz Hoja Santo Leaf Reduction

  • 1 oz Sparkling Water

  • Lime Wheel

  • Absinthe Spray

For the Hoja Santa Reduction:

  • 2 oz Dry Hoja Santa Leafs

  • 2 qts Sugar

  • 2 qts Water

(Yields: 3 qts Hoja Santa reduction)

Steep leaves in hot water for 2 minutes. Add sugar, stir until dissolved. Let everything sit in room temperature and strain out leaves. Bottle, label and refrigerate.


Shake with ice and strain into a collins glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and absinthe spray
